What is volumMonster™? volumMonster™ is the EASIEST way to connect those who love music with those who make it! Think of us as your virtual "Backstage Pass"! You've been granted access to redeem, download, and enjoy files that Artists have uploaded just for you and receive up-to-date information about your favorite artists and the music you love! What types of files are available for download? Artists can upload multiple file formats for you to redeem, download, and enjoy including: mp3 audio files, video/movie files, Portable Document Files (PDF's), Microsoft Word documents, and jpeg picture files.	BACK TO TOP

Do I need a Fan Account? Oh yeah... you're going to want one! First, Fan Accounts are 100% FREE and signing up is quick and effortless! Second, with a Fan Account, you have access to your files through your My History. This feature alone is worth it's weight in gold because it allows you to bookmark your files and access them from multiple locations.	BACK TO TOP

What are the benefits of creating a Fan Account? There are a number of benefits, but the biggest one is that with a Fan Account, you can access your redeemed files anytime! All you need is an Internet connection! Plus, volumMonster™ automatically backs up downloaded files and saves them in your MY ADMIN under your Download History.	BACK TO TOP

AWESOME! How do I redeem a file? There are two ways to redeem a file! If you have a volumCard™, log into volumMonster and enter the redeem code in the redemption box found on the volumMonster home page! Soon you will be able to search for Artist Codes using the Search function to redeem, download, and enjoy other files from any volumMonster™ Artist! You will be able to search for codes by artist name or by genre.	BACK TO TOP

What is a volumCard™ and where can I get one? It's official... at least in our opinion! CD's have secured their place in history along side vinyl records, 8-Track Tapes, and Cassettes... The question on everyone's mind is "what's next?" Well, we have the answer... Drum Roll please... volumCards™! With volumCards™, the future is now! volumCards™ are the new way to physically deliver FREE digital downloads! For now, Artists can give them away or sell them at their concerts. Soon, they will be available everywhere music is sold! volumCards™ provide you with the power to listen to your music on your terms!	BACK TO TOP

Is volumMonster™ safe? YES! All files are safe for download and will not harm your computer or devices.	BACK TO TOP

Can I download mp3 files directly into iTunes? Yes! All you need to do is simply set up iTunes as the default application used to open mp3 files on their computer.	BACK TO TOP

Where are my files stored? All files available for download are stored securely on the volumMonster™ server. Once a fan redeems and downloads a specific file, that file becomes a part of their Download History. Fans have the ability to save downloaded files on their computer in the location of their choosing.	BACK TO TOP

What if I accidentally delete a file after I have downloaded it? Whoops! Don't worry! If you accidentally delete a file, you can simply go to your MY ADMIN and retrieve your file again from your Download History. Please Note: In order to maintain copyright integrity, purchased files have a limited number of downloads per fan account!	BACK TO TOP

Can I redeem and download Free files from any volumMonster™ artist? Yes! You can download FREE files from any volumMonster™ Artist! If you don't have a FREE volumCard™ redeem code, simply use the search function and go nuts!	BACK TO TOP

Is there a limit to the number of files I can download? Nope! There's no limit to the number of files you can download, however, artists can create a "Download Per File" limit. This means artists can make a file unavailable once a specific number of downloads has been reached.	BACK TO TOP
